They have been responsive when we encounter technical issues with any equipment we have purchased from them. They have let us sample and test a variety of different types of equipment/supplies. They have been very supportive of our efforts even outside of purchases. Great company to work with!!!

I have worked with them on several custom jobs, dealt with complex repairs and troubleshot software. On every occasion, Andy, Allan and their team have been nothing but excellent to work with. I know they are a business and their goal is to make money, but you never get that feeling when you work with them. They are real partners in research and very dedicated to their important role. Support is the best and their knowledge base is really very solid. Excellent outfit.
