Description

Desktop Audio Monitor

  • 2 BNC inputs on the rear panel
  • Input for up to 16 channels via optional adapter cable
  • Noise and Pitch mode
  • Built-in speaker and headphone jack

The AUDIS-01D/2-16 is a digital acoustic monitor in a small desktop cabinet with a built-in loudspeaker and two audio modes. In PITCH mode the voltage input signal is converted to a tone, and in NOISE mode the signal is highpass filtered to monitor the noise. A THRESHOLD function (in NOISE mode) can be used for masking the noise of the baseline.

Features

The device features two operation modes for flexible signal monitoring in electrophysiology applications. In PITCH mode, the input signal is converted into an audible tone, allowing real-time auditory feedback of signal activity. In NOISE mode, the input signal is high-pass filtered to enable monitoring of background noise levels and signal fluctuations.

A built-in THRESHOLD function allows precise control of the NOISE mode activation level, with three selectable ranges (0.5 V, 1 V, or 2 V maximum). Fine adjustment is also available as a percentage of the selected maximum value for improved accuracy and usability.

The system supports up to 16 input channels, with 2 channels available via BNC connectors and additional channels accessible through a breakout cable. For audio output, the unit includes a built-in speaker with adjustable volume control, as well as a 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack for external monitoring.
