Details

The system can deliver enough light energy for demanding applications like compound uncaging.

It is easy to operate. PhotonMaker can be configured independently as a dedicated stand-alone device using the PhotonMaker software.  It can also be run in full Manual Color spectrum of PhotonMakerMode or from the built-in Real-time Controller. The wavelength selection allows the use of popular multiband filter sets.

The connection to a microscope is established via a liquid light guide (3-mm and 5-mm options available)

PhotonMaker has 7 colors that can be controlled and triggered independently and individually and a built in real-time controller to handle up to 4 external devices (e.g. cameras, perfusion system, electrophysiology, etc.). Included is easy integration to existing commercial software products with flexible two-way synchronization.

Free integrated optical stimulation software can be used with any available commercial imaging software.
