Description

LHBF – High and low pass Bessel Filter

  • 8 pole low pass filter with 16 corner frequencies
  • gain from 1 to 1000
  • differential input

The LHBF-48X amplifier/filter is designed for processing small bio-electrical signals. The unit is equipped with a differential input stage with an AC/0/DC switch for each input. The input stage is followed by the offset compensation, the GAIN stage (amplification from 1-1000), a HIGHPASS filter (one pole Bessel filter, 15 corner frequencies and DC) and a LOWPASS filter (four-pole Bessel filter, 16 corner frequencies).

Features

The LHBF-48X Amplifier/Filter features a differential input stage with high common-mode rejection, ensuring accurate processing of small bio-electrical signals. It offers selectable AC, 0, and DC input coupling for flexible signal handling, along with precision offset compensation for stable baseline adjustment. The amplifier provides a wide gain range from 1× to 1000×, allowing fine control of signal amplification across different experimental requirements.

For signal shaping, the unit incorporates high-performance Bessel filters, including a multi-pole low-pass filter with 16 selectable corner frequencies and an optional high-pass filter with multiple cutoff settings and DC mode. An optional 50/60 Hz notch filter is available for effective suppression of line noise. With high input impedance and a wide output range, the LHBF-48X is optimized for low-noise, high-fidelity signal conditioning in electrophysiology and biomedical research applications.
